Accelerate Software Communications Architecture (SCA) Development on the Spectrum SDR-3000 Platform
Zeligsoft Component Enabler (CE) is a model-driven development tool designed
to accelerate development and improve software quality of SCA-based applications.
The visual model allows all team members to effectively analyze and communicate
about the system on many levels: resources (components), devices, instances and
connections. Zeligsoft CE validates against the SCA rules at the architectural level,
and generates correct-by-construction SCA compliant artifacts. CE removes the need to
author descriptor files (XML), SCA code and documentation manually. These combined
features result in faster time-to-market for SCA systems and improved software quality.
Component Enabler comes integrated with the SDR-3000 platform. The user can
instantly view the provided demonstration models and create their own applications
utilizing the SDR-3000 platform. This includes linking to the platform through
dependencies and uses relationships as well as modeling flexFabric connections.
Modeling Overview
Zeligsoft CE visually represents the platform architecture of the SDR-3000 and the
applications executing on top of it. CE also allows radio engineers to configure
the platform and create links from the application to the platform through
convenient model-based workflows. This provides the development team with an
easy way to obtain a complete overview of the entire system.
